Anyway here are some updates at the 7 week mark:
- At about 5 weeks she was 9 lbs 10 oz, right now she is starting to out grow of 0-3 months
-She has really long feet!!
-She eats about every 2.5-3 hours during the day, but usually goes at least 4-5 hours at night, and a few times she has gone 7!!
-Bfeeding has gone way better than with Rece, and I plan to continue when I rtw.
-Daytime sleep is a struggle, see above mention of attempt to blog on cell phone while holding napping baby.
-She smiled around 6 weeks and will coo softly
-I like to call her Aves ;-)

Our little Sam was the same way about resisting sleep during the day. I do think he had a bit of colic, but he outgrew it after just a few weeks of the day time screaming.
Despite his resistance, I continued to treat him like a normal person who needs sleep, which he does. So, I put him down for naps when I was pretty sure he was tired. Unfortunately, I did have to let him cry for a bit. He didn't always sleep, and I sometimes had to just go get him, but it worked for us for me to get a short break from the fussiness.
